With over 25 years of experience in the fields of mental health and emotional wellbeing I have developed a unique approach to Relationship Coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centred focus. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Studies, a Diploma in Life Coaching, Diploma in Advanced Therapeutic Counselling, a Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy and am an Accredited Clinical Supervisor with a large practice of therapists that I clinically oversee.

As a Therapist Clinical Supervisor and Relationship coach I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. My Relationship Coaching is centered on enabling clients to reach their true potential both in their personal and professional lives. By cultivating clients inner awareness of their interaction's with those around them, they can be empowered to understand and communicate with a richness that will enhance and grow, in order to achieve personal and professional fulfilment. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.
