With over 25 years of experience in the fields of mental health and emotional wellbeing I have developed a unique approach to Life Coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centred focus. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Studies, a Diploma in Life Coaching, Diploma in Advanced Therapeutic Counselling, a Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy and am an Accredited Clinical Supervisor with a large practice of therapists that I clinically oversee.
